So this morning I did day 4 for couch to 5K, I did this first thing in the morning before breakfast. Normaly this would be bad as it woudl break down muscles but I'm using testosterone to help maintain my muscle mass. Do not train in the mornring without first eating protien

After work I will be lifting, today is leg day so it looks like this. (311lbs @about 40%bf)

    Squats: 55kgs x8, 65kgs x6, 85kgs x5, 90kgs x5, 95kgs x3, 102.5kgs x3, 107.5kgs x2, 115kgs, x1, 117.5kgs x1 (I'm quite weak at squatting due to recovering from injury so my 1RM is currently only 120kgs)

    Leg Press: 117.5kgs x 8, 125kgs, x8, 135kgs x8
    Step ups: 25kgs x8, 28kgs x8, 28kgs, x8

Calf raises, full drop set (will be roughly 35-50 reps in total)

HIIT Training, Boxing, 15s full speed, 15s slow walk. 8 sets. Rep through twice

Both lots of exercise tends to be good for about 900 calories burned in a day but I don't count the exercise to keep my intake at a consistent 1800 calories.

This morning was a Les mills RPM class for 60 minutes, 15 minutes on the elliptical waiting on my trainer to be finished with a client and then 30 minute weight training session with my trainer. Looking forward to tomorrow. That will be a Bodypump class and C25K run.

Dancing class in about an hour! I don't like the people in my Monday class and the choreography is becoming more boring by the week, because we've been at it FOREVER due to said people being idiots, but it's still DANCING!

Yesterday was an 11 mile hike in Rocky Mountain National park.

My typical work weekday is walking 3-5 miles and whatever video is on the schedule for the day. Right now I'm finishing up T25 Gamma, I have the Pyramid this afternoon.

Deload week, upper body A, and maybe cutting down the rest of a tree and cutting up the branches. A lot of work to do in my back yard before Saturday's yard waste pick-up. Makes me wish I owned a chainsaw.

What in goodness graciousness are you talking about? That is very poor advice and is a personal choice.

40 lengths of freestyle swimming, followed by 60 minutes of deep water resistance exercises. Then, walked about 1/4 mile in the current pool. Decent workout. ;)

First I did an ab routine...flutter kicks to bicycles to Russian twists without letting my feet touch the ground, 3 sets until failure.

Then i did 3 sets of 8 chin ups, and 3 sets of 5 pull ups

Then treadmill hill sprints, and did some HIIT on the treadmill for 25 minutes

Not really that much but it is a Monday...

30 minutes on the elliptical at an interval setting. Calorie count said I burned 405 calories at that level. Also did 75 crunches on the ab machine. My 5 a.m. gym visit before work. Might do a walk after work tonite.
  • 40 minute run (about 4.5 miles) plus I ran up 11 flights of stairs. Plus the walk to/from work :)

    PT session in the morning.
