I was vegan for 10+ years and had no problem bringing dairy back into my diet.
Nope. The after affects do cause some nice weight loss though.0 -
'sup y'all?
There were too many apostrophes in that sentence, me thinks.3 -

I spent a week teaching Vacation Bible School for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. Next year, I am taking a yoga mat, maybe two. Sitting on a concrete floor telling Bible stories for 90 minutes (same story six times) is bad for my arthritis. I went to yoga yesterday and today, which helped, but the left knee is still aching. Ice pack time.1

I would probably lose my mind telling the same story 6 times in 90 minutes!0 -
@Oberon21 - I could tell the Bible stories in my sleep, for sure. What makes me crazy is trying to learn the kids names. Some of which are, um, unusual. I'll do it again next year, but I am definitely taking a couple of yoga mats to pad the floor.0

Hey there @CountessKitteh!!! How's it going?
Good, just so busy. The wedding is just a smidge over four months away so lots going on there and I'm essentially up to full workload now that I'm almost to the six month mark with the (not quite as) new job.CountessKitteh wrote: »'sup y'all?

I don't know that I'd be able to keep up in there if it's even remotely as busy as it used to be.0 -

Prayers and positive thoughts for the Malcolm family. Their daughter and her boyfriend were in a car accident yesterday and she was taken off life support this morning. Boyfriend has broken bones, but is awake and alert. Son2 knows them both. I work with the boyfriend's dad.
