This reminded me of my childhood. My best friend hated the white and only liked the yolk. I loved the whites and hated the yolk. Our moms would always pack us them for snacks and lunches because it worked out perfectly for us, LOL.3 -

I make a "flatbread" out of egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks and baked for about 20 minutes.1

Love their sea salt caramel!1 -
Blue popcorn. My brother gets me a Tube with blue, yellow, and red every Christmas from World Market. It's all good but I love blue! I've been air popping with a spritz of olive oil so seasoning sticks, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and Himalayan salt. I've almost gone through the whole tube, may have to order on Amazon!2

But this is a waste of an egg. If you dont like the yolk, dont buy eggs. Carton of simply egg whites goes a long way. No waste.
I prefer the texture of hard boiled egg whites and don't see it as waste. My dog loves the yolks7 -

No judgement on my end. I especially like it on my homemade, toasted to perfection sourdough loaf.2 -

I'm currently obsessed with making my own ice cream! I need to stop making it or...buy another freezer. I used to lump ice cream in with "bad" foods, back when I was labeling foods, so I'd typically only eat ice cream on a binge. Now that I view food without judgement, I make the good stuff and incorporate it in as treats each week.5

Purple sweet potatoes. The color is amazing! They taste pretty awesome too2

My 17yo (6'3"+) son came in from lacrosse conditioning practice and promptly devoured 1/6th of the lasagna. It was apparently delicious.3 -

That leaves 5/6 for me, right?1 -
I recently discovered built (protein) bars. I was eating quest bars before, but I really love the built bars. Great taste!0

Egg whites.
(I might've shared that here before - but it is still true. I've been having four or five almost every day for the past I-don't-know-how-many-days. I probably shared this here before, too (and I am sorry to repeat myself):
I whip them up to stiff peaks, add seasonings, then spread out the big egg white "floof" onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for roughly 15 minutes, and the final product is a "pita"- or "flatbread"-type concoction. (:
(Due to various food sensitivities, I rely a lot on egg whites for protein. I try to make it less monotonous and more "fun" by preparing them in ways other than scrambling or boiling them (: ))4
