    Breakfast - Special K red berries w/ almond milk, coffee.

    Second Breakfast (lol) - layered fridge oats with mandarin oranges, vanilla Greek yogurt, flax, chia. More coffee.

    Lunch - celery sticks, baby carrots, cheddar wedge & curried egg salad sandwich

    Dinner - veggie meatballs over wheat rotini w/ homemade marinara (tons of onion). Cara Cara orange slices.

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
    Snack: Taco salad with black beans, spring mix, onion, cheese, and a mix of salsa and greek yogurt
    Snack: Hot chocolate with marshmallows
    Lunch: Balsamic chicken over spinach and chickpea rice pilaf
    Snack: Coffee with creamer
    Dinner: Protein pancakes with bananas and pb2.

    Potentially a few bites of ice cream, still have around 250 calories left over!

    B - Latte, clementine, jammy egg
    L - Salad with citrus, rye toast with eggs and every bit the bagel seasoning (I was craving bc I kept reading here, lol)
    T - wrap filled with banana, pb, granola, & seeds
    S - salad with tempeh, rocket soup, left over curried pot pie
    D - sourdough cookie and wine!

    Breakfast: espresso with 1 tsp turbinado sugar
    Brunch: So Delicious Vanilla coconut yogurt w/gluten free muesli & tart montmorency cherries
    Dinner: prosciutto & melone, pasta w/marinara over casava fusilli, sautéed baby kale, roma tomato
    Snack: none

    Breakfast: Hashbrowns, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and 2 eggs mixed together and topped with hot sauce with a banana
    Lunch: Subway cold cut sandwich with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, banana peppers, and mayo with sunchips
    Snack: None
    Dinner: Cheeseburger topped with mayo, ketchup, and lettuce, french fries in the air fryer, and pickles
    Snack: A rice krispy treat

    After breakfast
    A large diet coke on the way to the vet..our dog Mason fell into the 5% with his knee surgery sooo they need to go back and make more adjustments so his patella is better stabilized. (go figure!!! ) I feel bad he needs to go through all of this again..We can pick him up tomorrow morning 🐶 He's such a sweet boy..
    Lunch
    A grilled cheese and a bowl of Campbell's tomato soup.
    After lunch
    1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Dinner
    Not sure yet....probably something quick because we will be getting my mom settled in..

    @hawksgirl229 I’m glad your mom is coming home and hope your pup heals quickly!

    Breakfast - latte and banana
    Lunch - eggs on toast with everything but the bagel seasoning (cause y’all have me craving it now ;), sautéed zucchini, squash, garlic, onion
    Tea - latte and mango, pear, Greek yogurt with seeds
    Supper - chips with salsa, mushroom tart, rocket soup
    Dessert- Italian rainbow cookie and wine!

    @hawksgirl229 - So happy your mom is better! That much be such a relief to you!

    Breakfast: Coffee with oat milk and sugar, a chocolate covered cherry, and multigrain tortilla chips
    Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled with tomato, onion, and kale with a plain bagel thin and morningstar sausage patty
    Snack: 3 chicken strips
    Dinner: Homemade mushu pork and veggies on 2 flour tortillas
    Snack: Coffee with creamer, likely either carrot and hummus, a protein shake, or a few bites of chocolate peanut butter ice cream

    @hawksgirl229 Glad to hear about your mom. Hopefully the pup does well on the follow up procedure.

    Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with hot sauce, toast, and a banana
    Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, sunchips, and a black cherry yogurt
    Snack: None
    Dinner: Cheeseburger topped with mayo and ketchup, mac and cheese cup, and pickles
    Snack: None

    Had a yearly appointment with a specialist yesterday. Still in a bit of pain from some of the procedures. Last night though I felt horrible so I did a super simple side for my leftovers. Then today I had my kitchen garbage bag tear open, spilling rotten veggies on the floor and all over the bottom of the trash can. So I had to like triple bag that, clean up the floor and trash can. It smelled SO SO bad. Took that out, did my grocery shopping, and then on my way home I barely avoided 2 accidents (1 person flying into and then through a parking lot and then 1 person cutting across 3 lanes of traffic trying to get into my lane and nearly side swiped me). So my anxiety levels are WAY up.

    Think I may just stay in bed the rest of the day.

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast - pineapple Greek yogurt w/ shredded unsweetened coconut mixed in, coffee
    Lunch - large Greek salad with mixed greens, artichokes, feta, black olives & red onion, balsamic vinaigrette. Hot cocoa after.
    Dinner - sheet pan nachos with TVP chili & beans, melted cheddar & tons of peppers and onions

    Today:
    Breakfast - oatmeal with peanut butter & grape jelly, coffee
    Lunch - pasta primavera and 4 boneless chicken wings from Dominos, diet cola
    Snack - a few green olives, raspberries & blueberries after yoga
    Dinner - sushi (for Valentine's dinner), seaweed salad & 2 small cups of sake

    Breakfast: Coffee with collagen peptides and nutpod creamer + quest chocolate chip bar
    Snack - M&Ms
    Lunch - Egg burrito (black beans, corn, spinach, goat cheese, greek yogurt, and & yellow bird habanero sauce)
    Dinner - Sausages with apples, onions, baby potatoes, and carrots
    Snack - Not a clue as my snack supply is super low

    Supper- citrus salad with pistachios and pomegranate molasses 😊, lentil soup, mfp shawarma chickpea bowl
    Dessert- leftover slices from the citrus salad 😊 and peppermint tea

    Happy Hour (mexican restaurant): chips & guac, queso fundido & more chips, green chili crisp, taquitos & negro modelo beer
    Snack: cocktail

    Today:
    Breakfast: espresso with 1 tsp turbinado sugar
    Brunch: So Delicious Vanilla coconut yogurt w/gluten free muesli
    Dinner (sushi takeout): sashimi salad, 2 nigiri seared albacore, nigori sake
    Snack: cocktail

    Breakfast - crepes filled with vanilla Greek yogurt and topped with strawberries (cooked down), coffee.

    Lunch - avocado toast w/ bagel seasoning, boiled egg, more coffee, 2 chocolates.

    Dinner - tofu stir fry with brown rice & all the veggies. Glass of red wine.

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, 2 homemade red velvet crinkle cookies
    Lunch: Sushi date - gyoza, miso soup, 2 spring rolls, and 1 and a quarter specialty sushi rolls
    Snack: Coffee with milk and sugar
    Dinner: Leftover sushi if it's still good else a salad with cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes, berry vanilla protein shake

    Planning on leg day + cardio tonight to offset some of these calories!

    My mom is settled and now I'm coordinating home health, physical therapy and occupational therapy. She's entitled to 10 visits from everyone to start and based on their evaluations they can add more visits. Mason's knee adjustment went well and he's beginning to feel like his old little self🐶!!!

    Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with kale, tomato, onion, and parmesan on a bagel thin with a Morningstar breakfast sausage
    Snack: Coffee with creamer, later on a berry protein shake
    Lunch: Homemade pork fried rice loaded with peas, carrots, and peppers
    Snack: Tuna pouch and 6 triscuits
    Dinner: 1/2 batch dark chocolate Kodiak pancakes with pb2 and a banana, likely a cup of tea
    Dessert: Potentially 2 leftover red velvet crinkle cookies

    Dinner: summer squash pie, rocket soup, rye & mozzarella grilled cheese 🐭
    Dessert: peppermint tea and perhaps an Italian rainbow cookie if they are ready

    Lunch: A vaguely taco salad of leftovers: romaine lettuce, ground beef, mexican rice, salad dressing made of adobo sauce + buttermilk +olive oil.
    Dinner: Nachos with leftovers (ground beef and mexican rice again). Celery with feta, cara cara orange.
    Dessert: Blueberry muffin hot out of the oven

    L- 1 3oz 96/4 hamburger patty with bbq sauce, salad with lowfat cheese, strawberries and banana slices
    S- cup greenbeans
    S- chocolate mint hummus with graham crackers ammmmazing tastes like thin mints 😲
    D- 3 breaded chicken strips baked with baked fries and frenches honey mustard
    S- more hummus and grams 🐷

    Dinner - 3 oz. sliced ham, lots of steamed broccoli & a baked potato with chives & sour cream.

    PM Snack - toaster waffle w/ peanut butter & sliced banana plus a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

    Oatmeal with cinnamon, 1/4 of a banana, 1/2 of a mini raisin box on top and some unsweetened almond milk mixed in. 1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half
    After breakfast
    Another cup coffee with Splenda and half and half. Felt low energy and needed an extra boost after coming home from my mom's house.
    Lunch
    Same as yesterday. Large salad with carrots, celery,mushrooms, diced red onion, garbanzo beans, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and today I added some beets. Side of Stacy's naked pita chips and some Tribe Everything hummus. Large ice water (trying to drink more water)
    Dinner
    Thinking a fruit salad with cottage cheese.
    Have a warm and toasty day everyone. Very cold here and we are getting alot of snow..❄
