Today is a good day to start. Think about tomorrow's breakfast and have it ready. Even if it's nothing much - or maybe even nothing at all if the option is cookies.
Can you learn to brew coffee? It's good stuff.
Mix some rolled oats with some plain yogurt for an easy breakfast. Mix it up today and it will be soft and ready to eat tomorrow. Toss in a few raisins or chopped apple or whatever.
I just read an interesting article about all of us feeling that at some point in the future we'll "have it all together." The article suggests that, no we won't. We should focus on today, we should let the distractions float by like clouds, and we should just do what we know makes sense.
Good luck with your breakfast.
Oh. Me? I am having my second cup of black coffee. I'll have tacos for lunch. Or not. I need to cook chanterelle mushrooms today, but I can't really eat before I go to participate in a tasting panel at the university. In fact, I need to finish my coffee right away!2 -
Today I went to Dunkin about 8 am. So did 30-40 other people. I always go through the drive-thru in a flash. Today 20 minutes. Not long some places. Forever at my local Dunkin.

Hungry all day yesterday. Still hungry today,
First breakfast about 7, jimmy Dean biscuit rollups
Second breakfast about 10, after physical therapy, egg and cheese wake up wrap, coffee with milk. (Dunkin started my order when they saw me coming).1 -

Is your desire to have less hunger? If so, think about some foods that keep you feeling full without a lot of calories. That will help a lot. Two of those biscuit roll-ups cost 270 calories. The wrap adds another 180. A cup of skim milk adds another 100. That's 550 calories right out of the gate with foods that, at least for me, aren't all that filling. For only about 450 calories, I had a more filling breakfast yesterday of rolled oats, whole milk yogurt, about a quarter of a pineapple, and a banana. It kept me feeling sated for the entire work day, although I did munch on an ounce or so of jerky that added calories up to your breakfast. I met a friend after work for a couple tacos, and that did me for the day.

Yes, less hunger, but my body--me.
Exercise a little today=under by 100-200 calories today.
Exercise a lot today= under by 400-500 calories today.
Exercised yesterday, not today =hungry all day long, eat the calories allotted today + the calories I was under yesterday + maybe some of yesterday's exercise calories.
I went to aerobics Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, not Thurs or today. Still catching up.
Losing at the speed of a 🐌. But happy and feeling good.0 -

Chobani unflavored is my favorite. So tasteless you can make it taste like anything. Lol.0 -

It does. Amazon has it, not sure how common it is in local stores.
There are also recipes online. Here's one that says it doesn't even require straining, because pecans blend more smoothly than almonds:

I haven't tried that recipe, because I'm team dairy milk all the way, but have tried other good recipes from the site and was happy.0 -
