i adjusted my cals for last months loss and stuck with the 15% reduction so it lowered my cals by about 80. no big deal. How do you get your cals when you're working nights?
After a year of straight days, I'm back to working nights. Yesterday I was 300 beklow my goal, and today I have almost 1000 cals to get in in the next 2 hours. It's not going to happen. I am planning what I eat in the day but I can't eat if I'm sleeping all day. Any other shift workers out there?

Light or Moderate exercise
I wonder if you can help me. I do 30 minutes intense swimming 3 times a week (burning around 400 cals each time) and walk each day - around 30 minutes moderate speed. In the Scooby TDEE calculator, does this count as Light or Moderate exercise? Otherwise I work all day on the computer.
