Metabolic Reset Question........
I am 37 5ft 6 and weigh 181. My bmr is 1573 my tdee is 2700 ( workout at least 6 hours a week) my 15% cut is 2300 approx I just started the metabolic reset. Ok. So I calculated my BMR to be 1438. My TDEE is 2054 (lightly active). With a 500 calories deficit it's 1554 calories a day. Can I not eat the exercise calories back?
