Beat up and sore from kicking your own butt in the gym? It's the weekend. Now you have a little bit of time. Take a walk and stretch those sore muscles. Never got off your butt in the first place? Get off the couch and take a walk so you don't end up doing nothing all day. In most places its beautiful right now.
