Love paper books but my eyesight is declining and I finally got the Kindle app on my iPad - I am enjoying reading again! I also love to listen to audiobooks while I am on walks or working on my art and sewing. Is there a list going of great reads - I would love to get some recommendations. :)

Quest bars are good but are a little harder and chewy - Think Thin bars are good as well - maybe a better texture for my taste. I also use Great lakes Collagen protein powder - dissolves instantly in any liquid - I add it to my coffee. Maybe you could add some to her liquids for extra protein.

I have been making a lot of greek salad lately with tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce, feta, thai basil (1 oz) and kalamata olives (4-6 as they have a lot of calories) I just splash some seasoned rice wine vinegar and add a T. of hummus for extra protein. Yum - Theres my lunch for today!

You can adjust them if you change your "Goals" on your home page - put in "custom" and you can vary them how you like. I will be interested to see what you find out. I am afraid of the idea as I dont like having anesthesia. I have heard you should wait one year after weight loss before surgery to give your body time to adjust. On the other side - I am curious.
