Was curious to know if most ignored calories on Christmas Eve/day/new years too?
I have anxiety over eating above my calorie deficit over holidays.. well really only 4 days over holiday from Christmas Eve, Christmas Day New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. What do the rest of you guys do and how do u handle it emotionally and otherwise?
