I just transitioned from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch and so far it's great for all the extra things it does, but I'm not quite up to speed on how it works with MFP. I found a great post yesterday that walked me through how to connect the two. So that's done, but a couple of things: 1. I have my calories set to maintenance,…

Adding Running & Weight Training
I just discovered that when I log my minutes that I run/walk (that is calculated by my "Map My Fitness" app) then enter the calories, MFP ACCURATELY keeps those calories. HOWEVER, when I enter the time I worked out on weights and then enter the calories that a different online tells me I burned, MFP automatically enters a…

How often do my fellow runners run? I got back into running once I lost a significant amount of weight. I'm been playing around with my routine but I'm looking to see what everyone else does. I've gone from 5 days a week to 6 days a week to 3 days on 1 day off. 30 minute run. Usually around 5km. What does everyone else do.
