I started to keep strictly to my calorie intake as i hit 100.3kgs (full stomach, evening). That was start of the week on monday. Carbs - fiber divided by 5
My trainer gave me the following formula: Total Carbs Minus Fiber Divided by 5 =tsps sugar I put the formula in and ended up reading about it on MFP. In 3 weeks I lost 10# without even trying by keeping to 12 teaspoons. I know it works but can someone give me where the research came from for this formula.

Calorie goal reset?
Did anyone else’s calorie goal randomly change recently? Unless I’m sleep-MFPing, the app changed my calorie goal from 1200 to 1500 overnight with no changes to my weight loss goals or anything like that.

Ladies, how do you handle PMS hunger/binge eating?
