126 calories to go
I just ate dinner and still have 126 calories. I'm either at or just slightly passed protien and other nutrients. 126 off is not too bad is it? I had my 8 glasses of water. I'm not hungry so I don't want to eat just to eat. Any suggestions?

SLOW DOWN, It will pay off in the end! Take time eating your food, aim to taste it, chew it properly, placing the fork down after each mouthful, drinking sips of water at regular intervals to help with digestion.
