Anybody experienced insomnia during their weight loss journey. I have lost 10 kg of weight in 4 months. I am doing HIIT cardio and weight training. Working out 100 minutes everyday, 6 days a week. Mix of cardio and weigh training. I am not using any supplements or proteins. Just taking all my daily macros with natural diet.
