Weight maintenance when lost the weight unhealthily.
I lost weight eating maybe 700-900 calories a day, I wasn't intentionally eating that much, I was just depressed and eating very little. Body fat estimation
Does anyone fancy having a go at estimating my body fat % based on photos? My scales say 22%, the tape measure Army test says 17%, and calipers say 19%, but I'm aware that none of these are highly accurate (not that guesstimating from photos will be either!).
