Hello!
Happy Friyayyyy! I'm not new to this app but it's been awhile. I'm a 2x breast cancer survivor. 12yrs first time, 3yrs 2nd time. The second round messed me up mentally and physically. Hormones a mess, weight gain is now ridiculous. Never been over 160 until now. Eating habits are not gd,because I'm such a picky eater. But…

Hi I'm Karen and back on the new app
I was on MyFitnessPal about 8 years ago. It helped me after bariatric surgery to control portions, hit my required calorie and protein goals, and ultimately lose 110 pounds. Now I have gained some of the weight back and so am back on MyFitnessPal to again help with getting 35-45 pounds off.

Here we go again
Did really well on my fitness pal several years ago, then lost my way looking for quick fixes and fads So second time lucky (2.5 time if we count the 3 other attempts in the last two years that lasted 2 day at most) I have ME/CFS (30th anniversary this month) and last year was a work hell hole/burnout which culminated in…

My introduction 🤗
Hi, I'm Rebecca!!! I'm actually on the carnivore diet and have been for about a year and a half. I lost a total of 50'ish pounds and felt a LOT healthier. Well, as most of us do, i gave in to the holidays and cheated enough to gain back half of what i had lost 😔... It's harder to lose than gain so i decided to try an app…

My biggest hope is that I lose weight and, at long last, keep the weight off!! I’ve lost 50 lbs with Noom twice. While I still think that…

58, overweight, 25 lbs to go
Hi, I'm Kate. I'm 58, 59 next month. When I got on the scale at the dr's, I was (finally) disgusted. I looked in the mirror later that evening, and saw a big fat glob. I'm 5'5", with what I consider a curious (to me) body structure. I have a very short torso-low rise jeans come up to my belly button; 36" inseam; my lowest…

Just kidding, I’m already a baddie (haha jk) But I’m back! It’s been a long 6 months. He then he a brain bleed after his…
