Hi, I'm starting again at 108 kgs. About 238 pounds I think. Tired of being tired and feeling big. I'm struggling with menopausal gain. I was down to 100 kgs a few months ago, and now I've shot up in weight. Any tips from 50+ age people? I need to increase my water intake and exercise more, but struggling with motivation

Christmas/New Years
Will anyone be taking a break from logging food/drinks over the holidays(changing goal weight to maintain) or continuing to log regardless. Please don’t take away NOTES
I use NOTES every day. All of a sudden it was gone 2 days ago. Then, this morning, it was back. Now it is 9 pm and I’m making my final entry of the day and the NOTES has disappeared again. I’ve tried fitpal before but don’t stick with it. Any suggestions from those who do stick with it. I want to lose 40lb. I think I have to do this the slow hard way- no Mongaro shots for me- just 1-1.5 lb a week. I find I tire of entering calories day after day and meal after meal. How can I make it easier?
