I’m starting my 5th week counting calories on MyFitnessPal and exercising more. I think they have my calorie deficit set to high. It says I should eat a 2330 which seems…

Lacking Motivation and Support
That's definitely me. I have tried to lose weight several times and have never been successful and now with peri menopause and menopause just around the corner (I'll be 46 in August), I fear weight loss will be even more difficult.

What's one small fitness habit that made a huge difference for you?
When it comes to fitness, it’s not just about intense workouts or strict diets. Often, the small, consistent habits make the biggest difference over time, in both our bodies and minds. Maybe it was drinking a bit more water, choosing the stairs, stretching each morning, or simply showing up even when your motivation was…

Bleh, maintaining isn't maintaining anymore
I've been thinking about posting for a while now, but not quite sure what to say. Perhaps I'll just start with a few screenshots that show the heart of the issue... It started with: yay! But not so yay anymore, especially since December: Clothes are getting (too) tight and that really sets of alarm bells because I do NOT…

Discouraged
Well I just finished my 3rd week of using this app and now I’m going into my 4th week. The first two weeks were great. I lost 3.4 pounds but this week even though I stuck to the plan perfectly I didn’t lose weight. Is this normal? I figured after I had lost a little bit of weight I might hit a plateau and it might get a…

I have been doing pretty well since February and I don’t think this one day of over eating would throw everything off but I do struggle with my intermittent urges of binge snacking. My goal is usually to stay in between the weight-loss calorie and maintenance calorie to give myself a little slack and sustainability.…

Tib/Fib Fracture, a nasty one
3 weeks ago, my horse jumped to the side and I wasn't fast enough. He came down in the bottom part of my lower leg. Turned the tibia into dice and put a displaced compound fracture in the fibula. The next day I had an ORIF done, 2 plates, 22 screws. Doc said I was to be completely non weight bearing for 6 weeks, and then…

How does one maintain their game everyday, 7 days a week, 31 days a month, 365 days each year?
Listen, being a champion isn’t about making others stumble—it's about pushing your own limits every single day. I fight because I love the feeling of breaking barriers, not because I want to see others fall behind. Every stride is about self-improvement, about inspiring people to lace up and chase their own dreams. In my…
