can someone help me out on how to sync my iPhone and iPad as its not happening even when I press sync? Do I need Bluetooth or or something? Thanks in advance xxx

Fell off and now back on.
Lost 35 lbs was doing great fell off the wagon and gained 35+ since Thanksgiving 2014. I'm determined to loose it again and keep it off. I need to get off my pain pills.
