Weight Loss Strageties
One of my goals is to lose weight. I am tracking my calories again, and trying to get 10k steps per day. I want to lose around 20-30 lbs. I am 45 and weigh 205. What are some of your strageties that helped you lose weight? How often did you hop on the scale?

Losing weight after 50, HELP!

10 Day Challenge
Day 6 - I struggle with this challenge - simply a mirror of my constant struggle. I went way over on calories. I did not get in a workout. What I learned - meal prep is key - by individual packed meals. Workout in morning. If no time, do at least a 7 minute workout

Discrepency in steps
The # of steps shown is way off compared to what my AppleWatch and Health app say. This has been happening for a very long time. Weight fluctuation is it normal?

Weight Loss over time
I’ve been using this app for a few years. I stepped on the scale today and I’ve lost a total of 108 pounds. I wish I could show a before and now picture! I still have more to lose. I weigh 217 now and would like to get to at least 160. This app has helped A LOT!!!!
