How accurate are fitbits? is it worth getting a new one?
I've had my fitbit inspire 2 for 8 months and I'm having problems with it. It seems to be overestimating how many steps I'm doing. I haven't been able to find a fix for this on the fitbit forums and I haven't been able to contact the fitbit support team (websites not working for me). It seems like maybe because I brought…

If you can do more easily, should you? (assuming you have time/energy)
I've posted on WW forums (have been a member) about my long walks and people are saying I'm doing too much. They seem to think because of my obesity level that I should only do like 5,000 steps a day. On my best day, I've done 35,000 steps. Maybe not quickly, but it was easy enough. I've been thinking maybe I try to overdo…

Is this the logical next step? (trouble with fitbit and accurate logging)
I haven't lost weight in two months. My fitbit seems to greatly be overestimating how many calories I've burnt. My weightloss was set to 0.25kg a week (different account), and I was eating back all of my exercise calories from my fitbit. I am wondering if this is why I wasn't losing, or if I was using too many user…

Garmin Epix Pro VO2 Max vs Training Readiness
I am 58 years old, and I have not been active since hip replacement surgery a couple years ago. But I've played tennis about 4 days per week this summer, and I usually get in 10,000+ steps per day. I'm still probably 15 lbs overweight. That sounds active enough, but I used to run 6 miles every day. Those days are over.…

Is it bad to lift late in the night?
I have an all day event today and I really want to hit upper day. Would 11 p.m./12 a.m. be too late? I normally lift late afternoon or evening. If it was earlier in the week I would push it off until tomorrow, but tomorrow is Sunday and this is the last upper of my week. :/

Hello I'm feeling like I must be doing something wrong. I'm frequently feeling that "bonk" feeling during training lately on my runs.
