Fitbit syncing issues today with end of DST?
Is anyone else having weird fitbit scyncing issues today? My steps and distance have transferred over, but the active minutes appear to be lagging behind. When I first finished my run, it showed 1 active minute. Then it later gave me 12 active minutes during the time when I was in the car driving home. Anyone else? I guess…

Exercise calories burned not getting credit in my "Calories Remaining" for the day
My exercise calories burned is not calculating in the calories remaining section. Mine shows Goal 1,200 - Food 1,029 + Exercise "0" = remaining 171. I'm linked to my Fitbit which shows 1,560 calories burned (10,000+ steps) so that should have some impact on the Exercise "0" number. Just started doing this. How do I fix it?

How much surplus calories do I need to put on muscle?
I’m at a good goal weight. I’m moderately active. I power walk or bike ride no more than 30 mins 3X a week and do weights 2x’s a week and body weight exercises. I eat about 1650 cals a day with macros P 30, F 35, C35.

Zumba calorie burn
I find this hard to believe. I'm 331 lbs today. Zumba says about 400 calories. I'm guessing there are many factors involved like, do you actually do all the hopping up and down or do you just 2 step and wave your arms about like a beached sea animal <. LOL.
