Walks on the beach 😊
Sooo I love walking on the beach at night. I did that today and I feel great. It’s not too hot out like the day time. I hate sweating too much gives me headaches lol so night time is perfect cuz where I live it gets chilly at night. I love this app. Day 3 and I lost 4.5 pounds! I can’t believe how much I was overeating.

Confused with Apple steps calories
Hi Does anyone know how accurate the steps calories are for apple? So iv walked 20,000 steps today and apparently that’s 200 calories burnt. I walked 5 hours 10 miles total, My map my walk says 800 calories burnt so a little confused on what I should be aiming for. Do you guys add the calories burnt into your diet? Thanks 😊

Getting back into shape
