Yes, I aged myself with the title. I downloaded MFP in 2011, got serious in 2015. Starting running, got okay, but still didnāt love it. I dropped to a low weight but was āskinny fatā or whatever it may be termed these days. Started bodyweight training. Added real weights and HIIT without ever joining a gym. Got happy withā¦
