When I try to add friends from my contacts it only shows a random numbers of contacts. And I can't add a friend because she doesn't show in the list. What to do?

The only place I found to add notes was for the food or fitness journal, not really what I was looking for. I think it will be helpful to be able write down my thoughts, motivation, etc.

Loss of a Friend
I have been trying to reach my friend for over a week now: only to find out that she had transitioned on last Wednesday. I have been knowing her for 46yrs. She will be greatly missed. Tracking goals by meal
I've been trying to set up daily goals by meal, and have been running into the problem that every time I change a day's overall calorie goal it resets the meal goals to a default split and I have to reenter those as well. Does anyone know how to get around this?
