I am currently in the middle of hypertrophy training. I am 6‘1, roughly 220 pounds, with a high metabolism. I consume around 2686+ calories per day. I can’t seem to loose fat. It appears as if I‘m skinny fat. Am I missing something?

I just ate an entire box of cereal
I don’t know what the hell I just did. Sat down to have a bowl of cereal with some milk/protein powder. Poured out a cup of cereal, and everything. Weight Gain Plateau
I’m currently stuck at 120 and don’t understand why. I am doing a 3,000 calorie intake everyday (majority of it being carbs and protein) as well as light exercise (although I have an extremely fast metabolism). Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?
