Figuring out your TDEE
I went through the data of the last two months, and the average seems to be about 2200 calories... but it does seem high. I know Scooby is just an approximation, but it gives me 2100 for moderately active, and I'm really not much more than that (especially now that it's cold and you won't see me go for a walk just because…

calorie goal for toning??
So I'm 21, 5'8 144lbs and wanting to tone, so I'm hoping to slim down and change to muscle. I'm guessing I'll either stay the same weight or maybe even add on because i understand that muscle weighs more than fat. At the moment I've been having an intake of max 2,000 calories. (without minusing workout burnings), i usually…

because i see you folks who have done it and what you're doing to keep it off. I have always wondered if any of you were out there. Is there life after the diet? Does it work for anyone? Question... do you find exercise if more important in keeping the weight off? Or was it more important in taking it off. Thanks.

Eating at maintenance to get back to maintenance
I'm going to stop logging my food for a while, at least until after Christmas. This is partly because it's Christmas and I want to enjoy myself, and partly because I'm worried I'm becoming a bit too obsessed with what I eat and it's making me unhappy, and really not helping my depression. So, I'm not going to go completely…
