anyone getting leaner?
I was told that if you keep your calories clean you can actually lean out while maintaining your weight. I understand this would be a very slow process. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced that.

Going by weekly calories is making me gain weight
I have a weekly calorie allowance and ever since I started counting calories that way by weighing and measuring, I've been gaining weight. Is this a bad way to maintain?

I met my goal, but I can’t seem to change my goal correctly. My daily calorie budget was 2080 when I was losing weight. Now that I am in maintenance mode my daily calorie budget is 2040! What is the process to properly reset my goal?
