Hi there I am male 5'6 154, I am starting to do basic full body workouts 5-6 days a week for 45 to 60 minutes. I sometimes do weight lifting but have to be careful due to medical reason, the part I am trying to lose now is in the stomach.

Just began maintenance after loosing 100 pounds. Is it normal to gain a few pounds first week on maintenance? I have stayed within calorie allotment and still exercising, but gained 2 pounds. I know it may be gone next week just curious what others experienced.
