I just recently made a 2100 mile trip with my uncle that is 80. Im 47 and he traveled better then i did! So i spoke with a friend and he recommended this app! I absolutely love this app!! I have high blood pressure and was gorging on food. Not mnowing all the bad things i was putting into my body! Thank u for this app!!!

Struggling all my adult life with weight@
I was a strong thin kid, but have spent much of my adult life with keep a healthy weight. I have used WW, Noom, and my self directed weight loss to successfully lose and then slowly regain. Here I am at 74, back at it again. It is really hard now!
