Asian Recipes That Fit Macros - Survey
When I was weight lifting regularly, I found myself hating most of the recipes that were recommended on weight lifting forums. I love cooking and could be described as a “foodie” so eating chicken and broccoli variations with little flavor was incredibly depressing. I ended up creating a huge spreadsheet of my favorite…

soft foods
Hi, I have a rare disease that causes a lot of facial pain. Some times I can't eat anything that requires chewing. I recently had a 8 week flareup which made me lose 14 pounds. I am worried it screwed up my metabolism. When I couldn't chew, I ate soft foods and there was not a lot of variety. I am such a picky eater. I…

Recipe Pet Peeve.
My apologies in advance. Mini rant: You know what is an awesome cooking tip? Only rating and praising an online recipe after you've made and/or tried the recipe. It drives me insane when scouring blogs, forums, websites, etc looking for a recipe, to read the reviews on a highly rated recipe, only to see comment after…

Problem with Entering New Recipes?
Hi All!! Quick question...is anyone having a problem entering in new recipes? Whenever I get to the 4th item when entering my recipe and hit the "enter" button, it deletes the first three items leaving me with just the 4th item I just entered. So I enter the other three items again and when I get to the next 4th item, it…

Portion size in My Recipes?
Hi all, when I create my own recipes it asks for number of servings. For something like soups, if I forget to save the individual portions in the fridge, I can’t recall how much makes up a serving (ie cup, ounce, etc) is there a way to add that to the recipe?

Gluten Free, bc the IgE
TL;DR: What are your favorite GF meals that don’t necessarily rely on the processed replacement foods? I couldn’t think of a decent title, lol. As of my daughter’s doctor’s appointment yesterday, she is to go on a GF diet for the next 4-6 weeks. Given our budget, this means we’re all going GF. I’m already overwhelmed at…

It seems I've lost my old recipes. I've used the app for nearly 8 years every day (2815 days in a row). I went back to my diary 12 Months ago to find the recipe I wanted... it had a lock under a field called "Time". When I clicked on the lock it took me to the "subscribe to premium" page... So I subscribed to premium but…

FYI- Put a rotisserie in the air fryer
I bought a whole rotisserie chicken on Friday but didn’t get around to deboning it. I took it from the fridge and placed it in my air fryer at 350 for around 12 minutes and it tasted like I had just brought it home. The skin crisped up perfectly and was super moist.

Recipes to fill your remaining macros
For a long time i have viewed my macros and wondered what i could eat to balance them out.
