Macro Counting
Anybody counting macros that are willing to share their recipes. my macros are calories are 1593, protein 126 grams, fat 53 grams, carbs 153. I'm also trying to learn how to use the advance my fitness pal and could use help with navigating to keep track of it all.

I blend egg whites. My protein powder oatmeal powder peanut butter. Fry in lightly sprayed avacado oil. Top with agave syrup and cinnamon or whatever you would like. Super satisfying and delicious.

I make most of my own food from scratch so use the my recipe function and enter the details. I am wanting to either share these meals with my family who are ‘friends’ on MFP or allow them to search for the recipe but can’t figure out how to do it. Any help much appreciated. L x

Anyone have any non spicy chicken/beef /fish recipes? Also some yogurt based smoothie recipes would be a godsend as well. I don't use ice in my smoothies as I just dont have the freezer space for it haha.

Calorie result from mfp
So, upon entering a recipe it shows the calories as 1,500 (more or less) but I suspect that in reality that can't be right. The reason I question it is that the recipe calls for 3/4 cup panko & 1/4 cup flour plus 1/2 a stick of butter (melted), but in fact you only roll the drumsticks in the panko flour mix and brush on a…

Quicker way to get to PLAN recipes?
Is there a quicker way to get to my low-carb plan recipes? I log them into my diary the day before, but then to create each recipe, I have to go to Plans, then Week Plans, then the low carb recipe collection comes up and I have to search for that recipe.
