Slow-Cooker Indian Butter Chicken
@quiksylver296 I enjoy going to Indian restaurants but had never tried to make anything myself. I was surprised at how good this is and pretty easy to make. A few notes: It was perfect in about 5 hours. I used chicken thighs because I think they hold up better in the slow-cooker and are more flavorful. I had a hard time…

Swerve sweetener and carbs
I am trying to enter a recipe that takes 1/2 cup Swerve sweetener ( I use confectioner) and when I enter the serving size it shows a lot of carbs. I figure it is the sugar alcohol. But where do I put this in my macros? It doesn't have a place for sugar alcohols. So it is just saying I had a ton of carbs?

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms (24 Calories Each)
I have a problem these days. I’m having an unnatural obsession with rifling through old cooking magazines at thrift stores. I’m not kidding. I skim through them for recipes – specifically low-calorie ones – but even some that aren’t low-calorie that I can “lighten up”. It’s taking over my life. Is that normal? Please say…

I am going to be making gumbo in the dutch oven for a camping trip this weekend. One of my friends is gluten free, so I'd like to be able to accomodate him for this meal. Vinaigrette
It depends on what is in my salad that day but sometimes I just like a good fruit flavored white balsamic vinegar with just a bit of water to thin it a little bit. Other times I just add a citrus fruit(really like oranges or grapefruit) and use the juices as my dressing.

You have your main protein picked out, what do you pair with it to complete your meal?
So I’m trying to meal prep this week and we usually eat chicken, turkey or a lean beef as a main course in our meals. I’m looking to mix up the side dish I usually prepare with those. Most days it’s a cauliflower rice, white or brown rice. Does anyone have any other suggestions they can help me out with? Thank you and I…

Need low cal, high protein ideas.
Preferably quick and easy, also. I don't want to eat a lot of meat, so I bought some tofu. But I don't really know what to do with it (oh yeah, I've searched and know to press the moisture out, etc. - but I need some ideas to make it tasty and appealing). I appreciate any help you can give me!! And that includes meat…

Pulled Pork
My favorite thing is to put the pork loin in a crockpot with a bottle of your favorite diet soda. I season with what I use for chili - chili powder, cumin, paprika, etc. My husband loves it with Diet Root Beer but I like it with diet ginger ale. Cook it on low for 6 hours and shred it. I don’t drown it in BBQ sauce but…

What condiments to take back to UK during visit to Canada?
I live in London, UK and am visiting my mother in Canada. I like to cook and notice that some ingredients featuring in North American recipes are hard to find in the UK. I like to spend my last afternoon of a vacation in the supermarket to bring stuff home. When I vacation in the Southern Europe the obvious thing to bring…

Lower sodium substitutes for tamarii
Anybody have a lower sodium substitute for tamari? I'm very salt sensitive and weigh 1- 2 lbs more after having something with sodium in it like tamari. The weight goes away in a day or so, but it's frustrating to have the scale go up that much. It's probably not good for my blood pressure either. TIA
