Hey all! First day for me and it went really well. Hey hoping someone can advise me on logging food, can you then copy from one day to the next? Like would save time if it’s already logged you could just grab it and add it for when you have it another day.

Plans and calorie counter
Does the macros gauges and calories gauge on the dashboard realign to suit a meal plan picked and used via MFP. Ie do the amount goals rise/fall according to the plan you’re following.

Link from Egym App to MyFitnessPal doesnt do anything
From my EGYM App I went to "Connected Apps". I enabled the MyFitnessPal option and entered my MyFitnessPal login information. The MyFitnessPal box is now checked, but nothing else is happening when I do workouts.

Tracking food item over a long range of dates
I want to track my morning coffee creamer over multiple days all at once so I don't have to track it every day. I've tried to figure out how to do this but I'm unable to do it. Is this possible, or is it not a feature of MFP?

Broken wrist, alternative exercises/workouts
I broke my right (dominant) wrist on new year's day.. I have been trying to exercise still but hard/boring to just focus on legs. I can put pressure/weight on my right arm whilst it heals. When the day ends
Usually, I don't count my end of day cal untill I go to bed around 2am cuz sometimes I'll eat closer to then. I would count this as technically the day before. The app starts over at 12, so should I continue how I am or end my day at 12 and just count any drinks or anything to the current day. Same for workouts. I usually…
