Please help me calculate exercise calories (cardio and weights)
Can someone help me calculate exercise calories for the following, or recommend a fitness device that doesn't cost a fortune that could do it? I am working a warehouse-type of job, 8 hours a night, 5 nights a week. I am a 5'3" female and weigh 138 pounds. Right now, I log that I burn about 500 calories a night because I…

Exercise calories
My daily calorie intake is 1,200 and I try to exercise/workout 4x a week. Todays food diary was 761 calories and exercise at 718. That netted me 43, but I don’t want to “eat” back my calories. Can anyone explain to me how it works for someone who want to stay strictly withhin 1,200 calories a day while exercising?

Is calorie afterburn an actual thing?
I’m wondering if I should include the calorie afterburn in my diary or not. I ask because idk if it’s just a marketing tool that fitness centers use or if it’s an actual thing. For ex, according to my Hotworx app, I burned 320 calories during my workout and 220 calories post workout or afterburn. 220 calories in an hr just…

Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Snatch, C&J: Post your best videos
We work hard to develop our lifts. We seek critiques, and we study online to learn more -- to get stronger and more efficient on our lifts. We follow other great lifters on IG or YouTube and analyze their video. In the scheme of things, we realize what we do in the weight room doesn't change the world, but it does change…

I’ve been doing a circuit training class for the last 4 months and I’ve been experiencing terrible mood swings. Could this be related the “high” I experience after the workout and then experiencing the low as that high ware’s off?

Running: ankle injury.
I somehow managed to get the first running injury ever, after 7 years. So I tried to run slower, made smaller, more steps. Somehow injured my heal or outer ankle at the first attempt. 3 weeks later my heal still hurts without any improvement. It's not very strong to start with though. Anyone know what kind of pain this is?…

5K for new or newer runners
I have completed the C25k program, but did it on a treadmill and never quite hit the 30 minutes of continuous running. I did a 5k with my Air Force daughter on June 16th..run/walk intervals. I finished in 45 minutes, but running outside sure is more difficult than running on a treadmill! I am doing another one in Dayton…

That bloated feeling
I'm 60+, and I think this is related to age. I often feel bloated even after modest meals, by which I mean my stomach feels uncomfortably full even after eating meals I've had for years. Anyone else get this? It seems like a new phenomenon for me and I'm wondering what causes it.

Everybody please send good luck right now
Two hikers are stranded on Baring Mountain, surrounded by wildfire. Snoho HRT sent a bird for them because there's no other way off the mountain, it couldn't fly due to turbulence from the fires. There are two more en route now to bring these hikers home. This has to work, there's no other way.

Dumbbell rows - “bulky” vs “bigger” back?
Hi. I’ve come to understand that strength training for women can’t make women “bulky” but can it make body parts bigger or tighter? Not sure how much this is semantics but I ask as the “test” T-shirt I’ve been using to measure progress is tighter - this is about 4-5 months of consistent training. A very simple routine of…
