Sleep at regular time a factor to gain weight ?
I follow an app for calories intake. I make a calorie surplus of 600-700. Am I Actually Gaining Weight?
I'm confused If I am gaining weight or not. Basically at 11 July I weighed 44.6 kg and at the moment weigh 49.0 kg. Given this is a significant difference, shouldn't my arms be bigger? I have noticed slight change in my arms but nothing big. Is this this normal for 4 kg weight gain?

One arm feels more pumped than the other, is this a concern?
Whenever I workout I notice my right arm gets more pumped and swolen, to the point where I feel my bicep is going to tear (it's a strange sensation). I injured my bicep 5-6 years ago.
