Maintain or main 'taint?
Hello, fellow maintainers! I'm at that old goal weight once again. It brings such a mix of feelings: Wanting to stop worrying about my weight all the time and but also wanting to lose just a little bit more. Always an interesting moment. (I've been here many times!)

Write just 1 tip which triggered your weight loss.
What was the 1 thing which started your weight loss or helped you in losing weight? I started losing more weight when I stopped having tea with milk and sugar rather than I take black coffee now. Those 3cups of tea would be around 400calories and without them I'm losing weight much faster than before.Duhhhh

Is this maintenance? Can I celebrate yet?
I just looked at what turns out to be about ten years of data. It made me feel a little bit better. Like most of us, I sometimes get a little frustrated when only looking at recent data. In my case, I had lost about 30 pounds to what I thought was an ideal weight. I maintained in a healthy range around that weight for…

Low cal filling food tips
Sometimes I get so hungry! if I have a wedge of that laughing cow cheese -25 cal- it helps. Who else has ideas that I could use for those times when I just need a pick me up? High protein foods seem to help the hunger better than the carbs

Been on here 2yrs and I eat exactly the same food daily. Im a creature of habit and still love these meals. Now it's added a few pounds extra each day to my…

Recommitting - the app still works!
I’ve been on here a very long time. I joined in my mid-50’s, having never been on a diet before. I was just heading into the ‘overweight’ BMI category, with healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. But I’d drifted into high calorie ‘healthy’ snacking before dinner (nuts) and too large portion sizes. My original plan…
