hii i am 23 and 5"7' but I am skinny which I should not have to at this age. my weight is 119 lbs, which is constant neither increasing nor decreasing. it disappoints me when people say you are looking very skinny. which exercises I have to do in the gym to build-up muscles and gain some weight so that I look handsome.

Salad toppers
Had organic sunflower craisin salad topper from Costco on baked chicken kebob and fresh salad. Tiny bit of mayo and spoonful of grey poupon mustard in garlicky pepper broccoli green bean salad dressing. Walked 4 miles to the beach and back with a partner.
