Tighten loose skin after weight loss.
Hi, so I've lost about 75+ lbs over the past almost year now and I'm not at my goal yet, but I'm noticing some loose skin already. Are there exercises that you can do to tighten your skin? This is the lowest weight I've been at in my adult life and I'm 32, have never had children and don't want to have any kind of surgery.…

Two weeks in and seeing results
So I'm not very conventional. I find that if I am to start by following the scale religiously than I become obsessive and easily swayed by the ups and downs of the scale. So this time around I chose not to even take my before weight (I know I am in the same weight class as I was before) and am instead going based on how my…

Things YOU say when you lose weight
Inspired by the "Things people say when you lose weight" thread I wanted to ask how you react when people notice your weight loss? I have noticed I try to dismiss it, saying something vague like "oh yes I have lost a little bit" or "I've been doing a lot of yoga, that must be what you're noticing", when the reality is this…

Difference weight training does
I weigh 167 in the first photo and 163 now, the difference was solely weight training mixed with cardio.

14lbs down in 7/8 weeks!
Doing intermittent fasting (IF) so basically I'm skipping breakfast calories and using them in my dinner instead as that's the hardest time of day for me (hunger & cravings wise) I won't have nothing but water after my last meal (5pm) until the morning ill have food between (12pm & 5pm) that's my eating window. But I do…

Down 6.4kgs with PCOS!
To cut a long story short, I was diagnosed with PCOS in January 2019 and was putting on weight like crazy. However I didn’t know / didn’t bother taking care of my eating habits and naturally, the weight continued to climb. I was at my highest of 95kgs in September 2019 when I decided to make a change. These photos are of…

76% to Goal
MFP spit this out today. I've got 25-30 lbs left to lose as of finally breaking my 7 week plateau. I'm at 178 lbs from 272. I know the last 10 or 20 is slow as heck, so for now my goal is 165 by Christmas, and hopefully a healthy BMI by my 33rd birthday next February.

Progress
I really started this journey back in the fall of 2018. I had been taking an antidepressant. I weighed at that time 207 lbs! January of 2019 I went in to get my flu shot. I was 197lbs. I have not always tracked what I ate. I have not always been perfect at it. Now my husband is trying to eat healthy too. I am now 190lbs.…

Success - Saying no to my mac attacks
I'm like sllck willy at this. I get a mac attack rumblin' and I'm out the door, usually 7 times a day. I didn't like how I looked into the best solution. I decided that I'd start off right. I asked myself, could I go to McDonalds 6 times a day instead of the 7 I normally do? A little constitution check and BAM, time to go…

COVID lockdown success
After 10+ weeks of working (and working out) at home with no access to a gym, I managed to lose 2 pounds! I've been back in the office now for 3 weeks and started a new habit of packing my lunch everyday - much healthier than the options in the cafeteria. It's a small victory, but when the lockdown started, I was really…

Jasdebi2012 success story part-1
Hi everyone, My success story? Today, the scale (at last) showed the "110" number... OK, it was at 110.9kg, but it's a systematic drop I am observing. The previous couple of days it was at 111.2kg and when I bought my scale ~1.5 weeks ago I was at 113kg. Nevertheless, I hadn't seen that number for a while. I think I…

10lbs down 6 weeks later, great start 🙂
I didnt think it would work losing what I did as I used to count my calories but I would estimate my lunch as I always have the same meal every day as I enjoy it. And for dinner I just put what I want to eat on my plate as I purposely skip breakfast so I can have more for dinner as i LOVE my pasta and potatoes so i know…

Down a total of 2st 3lbs since I started.
Difference of 1st 8lbs between these pictures but the main difference I see in the full pictures is how much more confidently I stand and how much happier I feel!!

From couch to triathlon
5 years ago I was 150 lbs overweight, I couldn't walk 1/4 mile and could barely make it up my own steep driveway. When I started working with a trainer, I couldn't do a wall squat and on-step step ups were a challenge. I have shared my story many times on here. Now the latest update: This past Sunday, a week before my 64th…

Down 115lbs! (Excited & Unsure at the same time)
This goal is huge for me! But I also find myself struggling with this new “identity” beyond the plus size section. I am now wearing a large shirt which I probably haven’t done since middle school. It seems like a world of shopping options have opened up but I’m more confused than ever! Anyone else? Tips? Here I am!

Chart Only Progress Pictures
I'm curious what everyone's weight chart looks like. I feel like I don't see them posted often and they tell a different story than before and after pics or numbers. Post a pic of your weight chart with your gender, height and the time period the chart displays. M/5'11" 1.5 years

Half way there!
2014 vs 2020... I am 5’2” and weighed about 155lbs. I had a low protein diet and did not lift weights. Now I weigh 140, eat roughly 100grams of protein a day and work out/lift regularly.
