Diet advice
Hello everyone! I wanted your advice. I've been training for about 3 months now. I started with a weight of 160 lbs and currently I'm at 147 lbs (probably 146). pregnancy
just found out im pregnant with baby #2. i worked my butt off trying to lose the baby weight from first pregnancy and i finally did! but i still want to count calories and not binge eat just because im pregnant now. how many extra calories should i be eating now? or should i still eat how i was before?

moving average or 10 day best?
a question for maintainers_I use the happy scale app.& weigh-in daily-when you set it for maintain do you use the moving average as your 'real' weight to account for fluctuations,and adjust calories up/down based on that number? I've been tracking by 10 day best so far while losing.thanks :)

Can't make up mind whether to maintain or not

Rats! All my snacks are gone for the day.....
I guess I had one of those stress eating moments at work due to a busy deadline. I ate all my snacks that I brought to work 2 hours ago and have about 5.5 hours before I can eat again. I will make it, but that bites. Just wanted to vent for a second! :s
