Just keep hiking
I've had a list of hikes that I've wanted to do for a long time. I've waited to lose weight, I've waited for friends to get up to the same ability so they could come with me. I have lost 30 lbs in 75 days. The scale showed 318 lbs today in the morning. I started at 348 in September. :) I don't even know if weight loss is the most important achievement right now. So much has changed. It seems it finally 'clicked', and I am in command of the food I eat. Perhaps I finally understood that food is…

🐧🐧❄️❄️❄️Want to lose in January, but plan for it now? ❄️❄️❄️🐧🐧
Its that time of the year some will stay by their newer eating plan, others will decide "I'll eat moderately and enjoy it." it's a choice everyone makes that satisfies them.
