Bulking question
So I have some medical stuff going on and I'm finding it hard to eat any kind of heavy food like steak and such. Any lighter foods that can be recomended for me? I'm aiming for a low fat bulk .5 lbs a week (new to this, is that a good start?)

Build muscle stay lean
I lifted, lost weight...maintained and then in sept decided to cut some more. Lost 13# now at 142#...looking to build muscle.
