How to eat three meals a day?
Breakfast to focus on nutrition, you can eat bread and milk, or eggs, you can eat the fruit. Chinese food supplement should focus on carbohydrates, and eat pasta or rice, eat dinner, light-based, and do not eat too late, otherwise it can not digest.

I've upped my calories from 1250 to 1580 over the last week, do u think I'm gonna gain some weight back? If so will it just be temporary? I'm very scared/worried about this decision. How can I discipline myself?
I'm trying to maintain a healthy weight for my size but I keep eating way over my calorie limit! I'll end up eating up to 2,500 a day instead of being around 1600.
