I had started this app for a school project (we had to track what we ate for two days), but then started to realize I am under eating. Have been for a while. I'm 20 years old, female, lightly active and weigh 118 pounds and have maintained that weight for a few years. The goal that was set for me to maintain it was 1760…

Hello There!
Dear Members! Heike 54 years 169 cm 58 kg (sorry I can only do metric 😅🇩🇪) I just found the app after 10 days of fasting (7 of them with only liquids). I’m trying to avoid the yo-yo. 😉 I went from 63 kg to 58 kg and would like to keep it under 60. I’ve taken a break for fasting, but I normally train 5-6 days per week.…

Weight gain trying to find maintenance
Hi all, I posted recently about knowing whether to eat back exercise calories during maintenance (which I now know not to so thank you to everyone who responded) and I had calculated based on my movement (5 gym training days a week both powerlifting and cardio) plus a long walk on both days of the weekend averaging 16,500…

Diverse benefit
Here's something quirky. During lockdown, I was climbing the walls with boredom and my beautiful wife could not cope with me. So I decided to go to work for Dominoes delivering Pizza. All that moving around and chatting to people kept me healthy and was good for my wellbeing. Glad it was only short term though as it was…

Did you get enough to eat at your goal weight, or did your food allowance make you grumpy?
Did you have to readjust your goal weight to be happy? I hear about former models and slim people never feeling happy because they were hungry all the time, but I wonder if it's because they didn't burn off enough calories to eat more or if their muscle tone was too low (sorry, I hope that makes sense!). I see people on…

Just how important is protein now?
Hi! I've reached my goal weight (30 kg/66 lbs down, yay) and am now trying to find my maintenance calories, which is taking a while, but that's fine. I know protein is important for weight loss and also for building muscle. It's also really "in" right now and there are high protein versions of many foods in the grocery…

Calories are always off
I am maintaining my weight. I know what it takes for me to be at my goal. I have my macros set. I put the exact macros in for tomorrow. It minuses 131 calories. I have to do way to much add fake exercise calories to get it to 0 so my nutrion calories goals do not take a hit when looking for the last 7 days. I do not have…

Can you tighten skin and tone up (build muscle) once you've reached your goal weight?
Not sure if my skin will snap back, I'm 34 and have had a big belly since i was 5 years old. However, I have lost 20kg and haven't got any loose skin yet, so maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? (it happened very slowly)

Maintenance
I think maintenance mode is pretty easy unless you want to stay super lean or you have little LBM and can only eat <2k calories. IMO, it is also pretty boring. You don't see many changes and that might be why it is hard to stick with for some people.
