Okay so a couple of weeks ago I went to Croatia with my family. I have about several days worth of Maintenance calories to catch up on. Should I eat back those maintenance calories or just let it be? The three to five pound flux.
So far I’m finding it possible to stay right around 178 (my goal weight). However I’m finding it is also pretty easy for me to shoot up to 182. Right now I’m pretty happy at 176. I find that when I don’t eat desserts (at all) I do much better.

I've fluxuated between 5 pounds since I stopped dieting, but just recently I gained over 10 pounds (it's been two years since I've dieted. I'm going back on my calorie counting journey now.
