Hard times.
Is anyone else completely terrified of gaining the weight back that adding calories or trying to accurately pin point you maintenance calories is hard? I’m 5’3 27 years old and 122 pounds. I work a desk job but workout 6 days (sometimes even 7) a week for at least an hour. I don’t know how to find out my maintenance…

If your goal weight was 120 lbs, what would your +/- be?
I'm not trying to be obsessive, but if my goal is 120 lbs, how much latitude do you give yourself? Is 118 lbs at goal? Is 122 lbs at goal? Where would the limits be if this were you? Thanks!

I am trying to find out for a friend of mine how do I get rid of her pie symbol which will show how many carbs and fat or sugar she has within that day. Christmas diet break
Does anyone change there weekly goal loss to maintain weight during the holidays so they can indulge the food that is offered, why or why not. So frustrating!
Broke my ankle in September. Cast for 6 weeks. Then physical therapy. Another injury from PT. Gained 23 pounds back from the 47. I lost. Feels like I am starting all over again. I got this! But it's so frustrating!!
