Should I bulk or cut?
Okay so here’s the dilemma, in my opinion I’m looking pretty skinny-fat and I’m just not sure if i should try to bulk or cut. I’m in between the recommendations for bulking and cutting. Gaining Fat and Losing Muscle on a bulk
I’m 36, 165 lbs, 13%BF, I’m bulking on 3000 Cals a day (my maintainance is 2700), but I seem to be putting on fat (which I knew is inevitable with a bulk) but losing muscle and losing weight. Coming back from my diet break, losing weight too fast...I need your thoughts.

Body fat?
