Hi, been away from mfp for quite a while now and am back was just wondering how to set my weightloss to zero instead of adding on to the previous weight I'd lost before?

Anyone else have trouble eating healthy when your S/O does not?
My husband doesn't have the desire to improve his eating habits so every meal is a big ordeal lol and I hate to admit but a lot of times I just give in and eat what he eats to avoid arguing. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Time management
With getting up for work at 3:15am working all day getting home between, 3-5pm. Then family things when I get home. I do put on about 20,000 steps when work. Looking to do some weight training, advice as to how and when please.

Friends who log the bad days
I'm back on MFP after a year pretty much away...and after re-gaining the 30 pounds I lost before. I'm really struggling with not over-eating; I actually go over a lot most days. Can I look at any of my friends profile besides their newsfeed?
I just want to see people's diaries or their goals and so forth. But all I seem to be able to access on my phone's MFP app is the person's newsfeed, like comments and stuff whenever I click on their name. Is there something I am not doing?

breastfeeding and weight loss
