Need help setting calorie numbers
Why isn't MFP not changing my calories when I change my goal from 1 pound a week to 1.5 per week? It used to do that now it just wants to reset to what I had my goal and calories set at before. Help please! I want to speed up my loss a little because I have hit a plateau and I'm confused. :/

Went to pause the pacer?
i'm just wondering when one is supposed to pause the pacer? For example when I'm driving I posit and then I forget to turn it on. Do I need to pause?worried that the GPS might think I walked. Not sure how it all works. Thanks for your help. Vivian

getting a little better
