How to add a recipe if the weight options aren't listed
Hello! I'm new to this! Trying to add my recipe for Blueberry Pancakes. The weight options for e.g. 1 tblspn of ground flaxseed is either 1gram or 100g. How do I add my own weight option? Also if I need to add 2/3 cup for an ingredient but the options it gives are either 1 cup of 100g what do I do??????? Thankyou.

interesting discoveries regarding satiation
When I exercise in the morning I am less likely to binge that day. Also yesterday I didn't workout, last night at dinner I tried to limit myself but I was so darned hungry... nothing satisfied until I ate a cup of Act II extreme butter popcorn. Anyone know why this might be. Why popcorn satisfies so quickly?

My goal is to lose 1.5 lbs a week. The apps says I need 1720 calories to maintain my current weight and 1470 calories to lose 1.5 lbs a week at light activity.
