Yesterday Update: I went to the basketball ball court early and the ball was utterly flat! So I walked the court for about 30 mins. The walked my dogs. Musings on losing from a tall guy
No this isn't humble bragging, just some thoughts that might help other tall people keep perspective, and know that they are not alone. One thing that seemed nice about being tall was that another 20lbs hardly showed on my frame. The downside of this is that when I lose 20lbs….you guessed it…hardly shows! I kind of chuckle…

Friends for accountability!
Used to be on this app in 2018 - recently back to tracking. Forgot how fun this could be. I always loved to see what my friends were eating on their diaries. Web to App Sync Problem

A success!
I’ve been walking for an hour every day for a month (except for missing 3 days) and cutting back on eating (I was eating like a baby horse). I even stopped drinking wine for a week 😁 I broke 150 today -149.6 I’ve still a few more to go but that is a big boost. 10 pounds done. 👏🏃🏻♀️➡️ Keep up the good work!!!
