Breakfast advice please
Can anyone give me any ideas for what I could have for breakfast please? I tend to be stuck on a vicious cycle of rushing in the morning as I get worried of time. I've been having nothing but a yogurt or a banana in the morning and find myself with not much energy, feeling sick, dizzy... I need ideas.

Why is my daily calorie goal so high?
I’m trying to lose weight for the marines, but I feel like I’m not going to lose weight with my calorie goal. I’m supposed to be in a calorie deficit. My goal is 2100.

A few years back I successful y lost weight with My Fitness Pal but now find it’s creeping back on. I’m a 75 year old male… currently on a 1550 calorie diet and ride a bicycle a minimum of 100kms per week but I cannot get my weight to fall below 85kgs. My goal is to get back to 78kgs. Activity calories
Curious if subtracting exercise calories should be done or not. I don’t ever factor them in my daily calorie counting but wasn’t sure if that was recommended. I’m trying to lose weight and build muscle- moderate activity.
